Samagri:-

  • 1 kup oats
  • 1/4 kup urad dal (split black gram)
  • Pani swad anusar
  • Namak swad anusar

Kadam:-

  1. Tave par oats ko halka bhura hone tak bhun len.
  2. Urad dal ko 4-5 ghante ke lie pani mein bhigoe. 
  3. Pani ko nikalen aur urad dal ko ek blender ya mixer-grinder mein achchhi tarah paste bana len. Pani ki avashyakata ke anusar pani milae.
  4. Bhune hue oats ko ek achchhi powder tak grind karen.
  5. Bowl mein urad dal paste aur oats powder ko milae. 
  6. Batter mein namak milae aur achchhi tarah milae. 
  7. Bowl ko dhak kar ise poori raat ya 8-10 ghante tak dhime aanch par pakae. 
  8. Idli plate ko thoda tel ya ghee lagaen.
  9. Batter ko idli plate mein daalen aur steamer ya pressure cooker mein 10-12 minute ke lie ubale. 
  10. Ek baar pak jaane par, idlis ko chamach ya knife ki madad se plate se nikalen.

  • Namak swad anusar

Kadam:-

  1. Idli batter mein grated cheese ko milaen.
  2. Namak ko swad anusar milaen aur achchhi tarah milaen.

  4. Idlis ko steamer ya pressure cooker mein 10-12 minute ke lie ubalen.
